Since I was a little girl, I have loved her and tonight for the very first time I got to be in her presence. She's one strong-willed - don't take no shit kind - nothing's gona hold her down kind of lady and I love her for it!

To see her perform live was awesome! She rocked, literally she rocked it out on the guitar, she really was impressive rockin it out like a true rocker girl.
Then she took it back to the 80's and sang "get into the groove" and "borderline" ( rock n roll style), she even jump roped and did some double dutch and she shouted out and asked the crowd "are you ready to VOTE Boston?" "it's your responsibility to your country!" and she just was even better then I thought she would be in everyway, the way she danced and how well she sang. Her voice was very strong and sounded awesome and the endurance and stamina that she has at 50 years old is freakin inspiring, let me tell ya. Cause I had to sit my ars ( not ass, arrrrsssssssss) down a few times cause wearin the stilletto's ain't something this mama does much these days.
And to think I actually had an extra ticket and ended up selling it to a scalper, right outside the Fleet, wow.
I can honestly look back at all these pictures and almost remember what was going on in my life, she has always reinvented herself and yes, she does have a trashy side to her but she balances it off with an intelligent mind and generous heart and her book "The English Rose's" is awesome
( it has a really powerful message, I look forward to reading it to my little girl someday).
