Sweat. Effort. Thought.

Weighed in today for first time since I've began "WW" and I am happy to say I am down 3.8 pounds!!
It is day 9 and it's still on.  Just the fact that I am even on this program this long, is quite an accomplishment for me and I feel good. I am not going to lie, there are tough moments, there are moments of deep hunger but I get through them.  I just keep walkin'.....keep sweatin'.....keep at it day in and day out.
Sweat.
Effort.
Thought.

That is what it's all about.
